Welcome to The STAND Foundation, Inc. This foundation was established to train and develop young and adult age groups in diverse cultures to participate in an empowering leadership experience. The foundation conducts leadership training through its Edward Coleman Leadership Institute (ECLI), which promotes leadership development by teaching in a hands-on environment and implementing into the curriculum a community-based project component. The Leadership Institute not only prepares individuals for navigating successfully in a business environment, but also equips participants with fundamentals of professionalism necessary for career sustainability.
